On average, most requests are completed within two days or even sooner. However, more intricate tasks might require additional time.
Who are the designers behind the service?
You might find it surprising, but Designjoy is actually managed by a single individual, me - the founder of Designjoy. However, special requests like animations or custom illustrations are handled by partner designers.
Can you explain how the subscription pause feature functions?
We understand that your design requirements might not consistently fill an entire month. If you presently only have a couple of design requests, you can conveniently pause your subscription.
Billing cycles follow a 31-day period. Imagine signing up and using the service for 21 days, then deciding to pause. In this scenario, the billing cycle halts, and you retain 10 days of unused service to utilize later.

The majority of requests are crafted using Adobe apps & Figma.
How can I submit design requests?
Aslanstudios offers versatile options for requesting designs via Trello. Clients commonly use Trello directly, share Google documents or wireframes, or even provide a brief Loom video (ideal for those who prefer spoken briefs). Essentially, if it can be shared or linked in Trello, it's an acceptable approach.
What if I'm not satisfied with the initial design?
No need to worry! We'll continue refining the design until it meets your complete satisfaction.
What if I only need a single design request?
That's perfectly alright. You can pause your subscription after your request is fulfilled and then reactivate it whenever you have more design needs. You won't waste any remaining subscription time.
