ASLAX Anniversary Content Drop - Terms

Provider: AslanStudios. Package: ASLAX - Aslan Studio Luxury AI Experience. Price: €450. Estimated production value: €4,500+. Offer: 15 premium AI brand images + 1 AI video ad/reel. Limited to 10 brands until the end of the month or until sold out.

1. What is included

The package includes creative direction, AI-assisted visual creation, human editing, correction, retouching, mastering by Aslan, artifact cleanup, realism improvement, upscaling/export preparation, 15 final brand images and 1 final AI video ad/reel.

This is not raw AI output. Every final visual is reviewed, edited, corrected and mastered by Aslan for a premium brand-ready result.

2. Payment and booking

Full payment is required to reserve a spot and start the project. A booking is confirmed only after payment and after the client provides the required brand materials, product details, references and creative direction.

3. Starting work immediately

By ordering, the client asks AslanStudios to begin the custom creative work immediately after payment and receipt of the required materials. Work may include project planning, creative direction, concept work, prompt engineering, AI generation, image selection, editing, correction, retouching, video generation/editing, upscaling, exporting and client communication.

4. Revisions

The package includes 2 revision rounds. Revisions are used to improve the agreed concept, fix visible AI artifacts, improve realism, adjust details, improve brand accuracy and refine the image/video quality.

Revisions do not include a completely new creative direction, a new product, a new campaign, extra images, extra video versions or work outside the original package. Extra work may require an extra fee.

5. Premium Delivery Guarantee

If the first preview does not match the agreed creative direction, AslanStudios will use the included revision rounds to improve the result. If AslanStudios cannot deliver the agreed package quality after the included revision process, the client may request a refund under these terms.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Because this is a custom creative service, refunds depend on how much work has already started or been completed.

• Before any work starts: up to 100% refund, excluding payment processing fees if applicable.
• After creative direction, planning or concept work starts: up to 75% refund.
• After AI generation, editing or video work starts: up to 50% refund.
• After the first preview is delivered: up to 25% refund.
• After final files are approved, downloaded, published, used or delivered in high resolution: no refund.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, late feedback, missing materials, unclear instructions, a new creative direction after work has started, requests outside the package scope, or final files that have been approved, downloaded, published or used.

7. EU consumer withdrawal rights

If the client is an EU consumer, they may have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online service contract. However, if the client asks AslanStudios to start work during this period, and then cancels after work has started, the client agrees to pay a proportionate amount for the work already completed. This amount is based on the agreed package price and the stage of work reached.

If the service has been fully performed, or final digital files have been delivered, and the client expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged that this may affect the withdrawal right, the client may lose the right to withdraw where permitted by law.

8. Required client agreement before work starts

By ordering, the client confirms: "I request AslanStudios to begin work immediately before the end of any 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that if I cancel after work has started, my refund may be reduced based on the amount of custom work already completed. I understand that once the service is fully performed or final digital files are delivered, I may lose my withdrawal right where permitted by law."

9. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate brand details, product information, references, logos, visual direction and feedback. AslanStudios is not responsible for delays or results affected by missing materials, unclear instructions, late feedback or changing direction after production has started.

10. Usage rights and portfolio

After full payment, the client may use the final approved deliverables for their own brand marketing, social media, website, ads and campaigns. Unless agreed in writing before the project starts, AslanStudios may show the work in its portfolio, website, social media or case studies.

11. AI creative disclaimer

The client understands that ASLAX uses AI-assisted workflows combined with human editing. AslanStudios will make reasonable efforts to fix visible AI mistakes, artifacts and realism issues before final delivery. Exact duplication of a real photoshoot, a third-party campaign, a real person, copyrighted style or protected brand asset is not guaranteed.

12. Chargebacks and misuse

If a chargeback is opened after previews, final files or completed work have been delivered, AslanStudios may provide evidence of the work, communication, delivery and accepted terms. The client may not use, publish, modify or distribute previews or final files after requesting a refund unless AslanStudios agrees in writing.
